RELISTING due to a non paying, no show bidder who changed his address over the weekend! Up for bid is my 64 riviera.Clear PA title. It has the 425/th400 combo. I found this car last fall, i removed it from a garage where it had sat since 1981. It was an abandoned project that was never finished. the body is extremely solid for its age. Please examine the pictures i have provided closely. The floors are perfect with the exception of a hole on the passenger side about the size of a half dollar. The underside of the car does have some surface rust but i can't find any other holes except the small floor one. The trunk is extremely clean. The roof has some glazing putty. Looks like maybe a vinyl roof was there? The hood is in poor shape. Front and rear glass need set back in, but all trim and hardware are included. This car was originally green, but was painted red at some point (very poor) . it needs taken down to metal as the left side of the car was rough sanded and left that way. I covered it in primer before I stored it for the winter. Included with the car is all the trim that was removed. The inside has been dismantled, but is 95% complete. Original Walnut steering wheel, vaccum trunk release. it still needs cleaned and some of the surfaces have corrosion. the front seats need recovered but the rear are good. the engine starts and runs quiet but needs carb work. I also haven't used the fuel tank, just a gas can. the car does move but has no brakes. it will come with random wheels and tires as i don't have a complete set. the air cleaner and antenna are missing. I'm sure I forgot some things, any questions please ask! Overall a good solid start to a car that is becoming very valuable. I just have too many projects and not enough space...and my family has gotten bigger. I also have a parts car that I might consider selling a few parts from.
