1963 Ford Fairlane 500 2 door sedan ,CAR IS IN FORT MOJAVE AZ. Has post that strengthens body and is lighter weight than Hardtop model Has the straightest body you will find . Accident free , and more important , Rust free . S. AZ car CA and back to AZ . Originally a 260 V8 with 2 speed Fordamatic , now has a 1971 302 V8 . Guys in the know will tell you this year has the higher nickle content and is better machined than latter model 302s . I added a Offenhauser 4 bbl manifold with a 1965 Autolite for ease and reliability , topped off with the chrome 289 HP air cleaner . Has special Cal Custom valve covers , electronic ignition , electric fans , dual exhaust . Important Gauges , Has 3 speed Cruiseamatic , C4 , that’s stock and works just fine , Has B&M console shifter , No engine problems . it’s a Driver . Has good tires with rare Fenton wheels .
