The car was stored under cover in a garage and as you see from the miles, only driven occasionally. The ALL ORIGINAL paint is still in outstanding condition, showing no significant scratches or blemishes. This Vette was recenly buffed with a light compound and given a thick coat of sealant to first clean then protect the surface.The body mouldings and the wheels have been painted white to match the body. This gives the Corvette a much cleaner look, rather than black mouldings and polished silver wheels.There are a few spots on the mouldings and wheels that have been touched up. I have taken a few close up pics of this. It is only visible upon close inspection. The original convertible top still shows well, with no significant stains.The are 2 small spots that have been repaired on the top. I have also taken a close up picture of this. They are both about 1/2 inch and in the same location. They do not leak water and barely visible. The interior is virtually flawless, showing almost no wear to the leather seats and interior panels.It's absolutely amazing how nice the interior of this Vette still is. The seats and interior panels look as if the car ony had 10k miles on it.The previous owner installed a wood trim kit to further enhance the interior appearance.There are also custom cusions made for both door panels and the center console. Instead of having hard plastic to rest your arms on, there are cusions for the door panels and console. Mechanically this Corvette is sound.The previous owner was very meticulous with the care and upkeep of this car. The Tune Port Injected V8 runs as it should with no leaks or issues.There is a newer Interstate Battery and fresh oil in the car.The serpantine belt looks good with no significant cracks.The tires look as if they only had a few thousand miles on them. I HAVE THE BOOKS, BOTH KEYS, ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECIEPT and soome SERVICE RECORDS that go with the car. There is also a VERY RARE PLASTIC SHIELD that covers the front bumper. The 1 previous owner kept this 86 Vette in outstanding condition.
The car was stored under cover in a garage and as you see from the miles, only driven occasionally.
The ALL ORIGINAL paint is still in outstanding condition, showing no significant scratches or blemishes.
This Vette was recenly buffed with a light compound and given a thick coat of sealant to first clean then protect the surface.
The body mouldings and the wheels have been painted white to match the body.
This gives the Corvette a much cleaner look, rather than black mouldings and polished silver wheels.
There are a few spots on the mouldings and wheels that have been touched up. I have taken a few close up pics of this. It is only visible upon close inspection.
The original convertible top still shows well, with no significant stains.
The are 2 small spots that have been repaired on the top.
I have also taken a close up picture of this. They are both about 1/2 inch and in the same location.
They do not leak water and barely visible.
The interior is virtually flawless, showing almost no wear to the leather seats and interior panels.
It's absolutely amazing how nice the interior of this Vette still is.
The seats and interior panels look as if the car ony had 10k miles on it.
The previous owner installed a wood trim kit to further enhance the interior appearance.
There are also custom cusions made for both door panels and the center console.
Instead of having hard plastic to rest your arms on, there are cusions for the door panels and console.
Mechanically this Corvette is sound.
The previous owner was very meticulous with the care and upkeep of this car.
The Tune Port Injected V8 runs as it should with no leaks or issues.
There is a newer Interstate Battery and fresh oil in the car.
The serpantine belt looks good with no significant cracks.
The tires look as if they only had a few thousand miles on them.
I HAVE THE BOOKS, BOTH KEYS, ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECIEPT and soome SERVICE RECORDS that go with the car.
There is also a VERY RARE PLASTIC SHIELD that covers the front bumper.
