Engine was rebuilt 2013 by J&B performance it is bored .060 over has keith black pistons, comp cam hydraulic roller cam complete cam, lifters ,rockers same grind as stock. I wanted to get away from the solid lifter flat tappet cam and the zink. The matching heads could not be rebuilt they had been machined to many times. The heads are 1968 square port completely rebuilt. This engine made 450 HP @5300 RPMS on the dyno The car has chambered exhaust it exits out the rear panel the same sound as side pipes but not in your ear The M22 was also rebuilt 2013 it was ok but as I had the engine out I thought it was the time to do it. I purchased this car 6 years ago I was told it was a frame on restored a couple years before that. I was told the car was taken down to bare fiberglass and repainted, all of the front end parts rebuilt or replaced. That is the way the car appeared. The paint still looks awesome it is base coat clear coat. The car run and drives great with no issues. Teak steering wheel. All of the gauges work. The clock works. The radio works. The odometer shows 46995 miles it has a 6500 red line tach. The interior lights work The power this car has is amazing! It’s a great feeling driving in a 1966 427 Corvette top down cruising 65/70 mph.
