1958 Ford Custom 300 2-Door I am selling this car for my dad, he is 73 and does not have the time to drive all these old cars any more. I have a folder which is 2" thick & full of receipts for all the work which has been done to this car. The Engine is a Y Block 292 which is completly rebuilt with less then 1000 miles. Everything is brand new, Three 94 carbs, reds ceramic coated headers, offenhauser intake and valve covers, lots of chrome and runs PERFECT. The trans is a T-10 4-speed which has also been completly rebuilt (all reciept included) with new hurst shifter. New clutch & pressure plate. New Radiator w/elect fan, cars runs cool. All new exhaust, New brakes, New battery, New heater core. The seats/headliner/carpet were replaced although the rest is factory original. Lights/blinkers & wipers work as they should, clock sometimes. Radio works great. You can see a little rust bubbles on the lower front fenders is all, floors and trunk solid with just a little surface rust in spots. I have pictures of the engine being assembled and the floors when carpet was being installed. The New crager wheels with t/a Radial tires look great and the 4 Original Wheels with new whitewall tires are also included. Original jack is in the trunk & orginal owners manual & service book is in the glove box. All trim is original although bumpers have been replated. The paint is original and colors are original with a pretty rare color combo. The car is Bali Bronze & Colonial White with turquoise interior, looks amazing and was factory ordered this way. This car runs exellent with no smoke, no overheating, and no odd noises. Doors shut solid with no rattles. Car drives exellent with no shakes, shimmys or odd noises. Very solid driver. You can fly into Redmond Oregon RDM and drive this car anywhere, or if needing to have it shipped we can store it inside untill its picked up (when payed for) and we can help all we can with your shipper....rounding up a truck will be up to you though.
