Vehicle Detail
Up for bidding is a 1920 Dodge Roadster. Over the course of many years, this car was rebuilt using many of the original Dodge body and parts------all of which have been completely refurbished and/or chrome plated. For painting, the car was completely sanded down to bare metal and primed for the final custom paint. The rear area has oak flooring and simulates a small pick up. The car features: 1956 Ford Pick up 351 engine, Ford automatic transmission and Ford rear end. The car starts and runs strong. The transmission shifter has a long shift lever. Carburetor is Demon 4 Barrel. Custom-built 4 core brass radiator. The car has Drag Link front suspension with coil over shocks. Rear suspension is leaf springs and coil over shocks. Custom seat and custom burl wood dash and door panels. The gauges are Stewart Warner. The radio is JVC AM/FM/CD with good speakers. Under the seat, there is a 7 gallon gas tank with filler cap, battery, Fuse block and vacuum booster for the retractable rear license plate. The front wheels are Honda motorcycle with disc brakes. Rear tires are Mickey Thompson Sportsman 31X16.50-15LT and brakes are drum type. Please review photos for any specific things you want to know about this vehicle. This car is a real eye catcher at car shows. The paint job is a brilliant candy apple black cherry with Betty Boop graphics and pin stripping. The car is fun to drive and fun to exhibit. Car is located in Lake Havasu City Arizona. The vehicle is available to see by appointment. It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up the vehicle or make arrangements for transportation.
