Both were out of the country, one sent a deposit and nothing after the second wanted the car to be stored for 3 months. I will not store the car, must be paid and picked up in 7 days no exceptions! 3. I am not a dealer, I cannot get you financing and will not take payments. Car must be paid in full in 7 days. 4. Up for auction I have 1965 Cadillac convertible. The car is custom built with air-bags and will sit on its frame. The car was in magazines and was a continual show winner. There is an unreal airbrushed mural of skulls down both sides and in the engine compartment. My girlfriend is the owner, she brought it up to CT with her when she moved up. We had the hopes of taking care of the minor TLC it needs to bring it back to showmanship. Sale of my warehouse has now forced me to downsize my toy collection and I no longer have the room for it. The car is 22ft long. It doesn't fit in my garage and I'm currently paying storage. The caddy: Paint shows and shines real well a 9/10. The body work under the paint not perfect at least not for me. A good eye will notice some blemishes 7/10. The airbag system takes apx 7min. to fill on the first time after the car has been sitting, after that it works relatively quickly. Just had the system checked for leaks and nothing significant was found. She will stay upright and hold air for days. Car can be elevated at 160psi. I don't know anything about airbags as this is my first vehicle with them so I have no idea if that's normal or not. The motor starts right up and runs well if your not gentle on the gas the tires will spin. I'm unaware of any mods on the motor aside for the aftermarket carb. She does have a lot of power!! We just replaced the belts. The car rides and drives very smooth. The current brake system was just bled and master cylinder replaced so they work great. Chrome is in fair condition, I am anal and wanted to redip. Interior is an older restoration and a 6/10 but shows well, just a little fading on the carpet color. The seats are a snake skin pattern in the center.The frame for the top is all there yet the canvas is not, I have not checked to see if mechanicals work. This was going to be transported to my mechanic and we were going to take some time to make the car perfect, yet now I have no room for it. It is a long and large car so make sure you have the space for it. I have driven it around town 2-3 times and it draws a huge crowd every time. It is a super cool cruiser and hate to see it go but I couldn't refuse the offer on my property. Once again this has to go! I cant bear to park her outside and risk her to the elements.
