Hello potential buyers, I am now putting up my 2008 BMW 328I up for auction with NO RESERVE. I've reposted this ad again because some person put in a bid, won, and never followed through nor even replied to messages. There's NO other 08 BMW on ebay in this condition going for this price. Its defiantly priced at a very fair price. I have a clear title in hand and all I have to do is sign it over to you and its yours. Here's the history in detail: My sister bought this car from someone in CA some years ago and then I bought the car from her just before moving to Europe. With a deal that I was getting I could of made a great profit until my wife drove it a few times it and of course she wanted it, so we kept it. Well, she kept it. All of the standard maintenance has been taken care of on the car while my sister and I have had the car. Just recently, we moved to Virginia from northern Wisconsin and just after we moved the car started to begin miss firing at times. A non foreign mechanic said it really should have a complete tune-up and that some coil packs could be bad. When It's hot outside or after the car warms up after awhile it starts to run good but when it rains, it runs slightly worse. The mechanic did say that the engine and trans does seem to be good but ill at least have to take it to a foreign mechanic sometime to find out why it does miss fire in what he thinks could be at least two cylinders. Of course the engine light came on too. Maybe a bad or dirty fuel injector, I don't know. While returning to my car one night after work I've noticed someone back into the front passenger side of my car door and somehow just behind the back passenger door and the wheel well there is a small dent there too. An auto body shop said Ill need a new door shell. Nothing is out of line. It still open and closes just as if nothing happened. The inside door panel is perfect. The window still goes up and down and the locks still work. This car really will be a great buy for someone that has the time to get this car A1 again. I know the door will cost appx 450.00 installed using all the parts for the current door. The engine doesn't have any problems at all though, it is just miss firing. It's still drivable, Id drive it about anywhere but for a really long distance I would for sure get the full tune up I was recommended to get Now, the title has "not actual miles" written in the mile box on the title because when I went to get the the transfer of title from the past owner to me the miles were not written on the title at that time and the lady at the DMV wouldn't let me just run out to the car and get the actual miles and write them down on the title. The DMV lady said that its the former owners responsibility to do that as the time of selling. I do insure you that the car does have the actual miles on it with a money back guarantee if you can prove me different during the time of sale. I will insure you that. When I sell it to you I see that I can write in the miles for you to go on your title when you transfer it from me to you. The inside of the car is in super shape.
