Very nice 1964 Ford Falcon with a modern drive line for easy starting and reliable running. My wife bought this car on Ebay approx 6 years ago. At the time we went to a lot of car shows and it has always been fun an reliable. In the last couple of years she has not been into the car thing so much and its now time to sell this cool little car. The brakes are power with disc in the front and drums in the rear. The rear axle is a Ford 8". The engine conversion was done by the previous owner. I believe it is a 93 Mustang engine and auto trans. The overdrive will let you run 70 MPH on the interstate just fine. The exhaust includes headers and quiet mufflers. The fuel lines are all steel braided lines from the tank to the engine. The tires still have a lot tread on them. Nicely done interior. If we were going to keep this car the only thing that would be nice to do is add power steering. It came to us with this small steering wheel mounted on an I-Did-It column and it can be stiff to turn while parking. I have not had to do much to this car since we bought it. I put in a power brake booster and new rear brake hardware. New Optima battery was installed in March of 2014. If I had to guess, I would say we have put about 2,000 miles on it since we got it. On Jun-13-14 at 05:20:19 PDT, seller added the following information: My wife has informed me that the engine is a 1988 or 1989. I'm not sure how you can tell the year on it.
