On Jun-09-14 at 11:54:40 PDT, seller added the following information: I wanted to add that the 3.27 Engine has 1971 Corvette heads with 2.02 and 1.60 valves and a mild cam. The engine machine work done by H&F Performance. It has a good amount of power. The way the engine is set up with the 3.36 rear end it should make you a good cruiser with plenty of low end pep. On Jun-11-14 at 12:07:00 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been asked to post photo's of the underside of the car. There is some glare when I took the pictures of the underside and therefore it looks better in person. Most of the original undercoating is still there. When the bottom of the car was being cleaned up with the sand blaster the original undercoating was solid and better than any undercoating that could be used today, so I left it in place once I noticed how secure it was. I also wanted to add when the car was restored, a new set of wiring harnesses was installed front to back. and every panel was coated from the inside to insure the car would last a long time with out worrying about any rust issues. Just wanted to add these notes so you will know the car that you will be getting was done right. When I was working on this car. I wanted something that I could drive that looks nice, unlike some cars are restored and never driven. I wanted something that I could drive. You will be getting a good riding head turning car that is a lot of fun to drive, that will last you a very long time. On Jun-14-14 at 07:22:57 PDT, seller added the following information: The time is perfect. Sunday is FATHERS DAY and the auction of this GORGEOUS 1955 CHEVY will end on that day.
