Here up for auction is an 1980 corvette l48 up at no reserve starting at 4k please read description and all other information I list before you bid and if you need more pics im more then happy to send them to you. I have a few corvettes and I have to be realistic that I wont be able to restore all 4 of them so I will be letting go this 1980 and in a few days will post my 78 silver anniversary if its not sold on Friday when someone comes to look at it. I have had this car about 2.5 years now and I due drive the car regularly but it does need a few things on the car such as a windshield since its cracked, top of radiator bracket, floor pans could be replaced and the driver side window is off track and doesn't go all the way up. All the gauges work on the inside with the exception of the temp gauge and clock but everything else works. It has side pipes original owner welded them to the frame of the car it is a loud car but you can jump in it and drive to flordia and back without a problem. Last year power steering was replaced along with the front and rear main seal on the turbo 350. Lights due not go up or down but can be done manually It was broken into last feb. when I was visiting friends in Atlanta, they broke the locks on the doors, glove box latch and stole the original radio and speakers in the back and the speedo/tacks. The speedo/tack was replaced with a used 8k miles out of another 1980 and now has around a little over 12k so a total of around 80k miles on the car. Speakers and radio were replaced with brand new Kentwood (front + rear speakers and radio). http://www.thevettenet.com/corvette_specs.php?year=1980 As I said you can jump into the car and go anywhere just needs some cosmetic work to be a really nice car and one of the lightest c3s and could go under 3000 lb esssily most other c3s weight are on the high end of 3550-3800 so track or street she is perfect. I also have a set of 15 x7 centerline wheels and tires that due fit but two of the four tires are bad and can be available for an additional $400 if you purchase the car. They weigh about 12lbs each so are 18lbs lighter each then the steels that are on the car now Will take cash, certified bank checks and paypal (plus fees for paypal and payments must clear before shipping which is done by the buyer to arrange with shipper and myself after payment is cleared)
