Vehicle Detail
Offered for No Reserve is my California survivor 1966 Nova True Super Sport original V8 11837 car with 90k original miles still wearing most of its Original Paint along with its original matching black and yellow plates! The car is a true 2nd owner car with all documents since new including protecto plate, all books and manuals, and registration cards going back to the early 1980's and late 1970's. The Nice part about a car like this is there's nothing to hide like all there other crap on the market that's been painted and full of bondo. I was planning to leave as is and never paint as I love the look. Of course it has the normal bumps, touch ups etc to be expected after 45 plus years. This True 1966 Super Sport Nova was purchased new in January 28th 1966 by Mrs. Alice Cooper from Clarr Chevrolet in Richmond California. This car has been in my family for over 15 years. We purchased the car from Mrs. Alice Coopers family as she could no longer drive. Most of the car is still wearing its original Artesian Turquoise paint. Years back, we removed the original 283 V8 engine and replaced it with a ZZ3 crate motor with aluminum heads, aluminum intake, MSD ignition etc. It has all new power steering pressure lines and a rebuilt front end. The pressure lines still need to be hooked up along with he power steering as I never got a chance to finish the job. Good news is I STILL HAVE THE MATCHING NUMBER ORIGINAL 283 CI that goes with the car and can be shipped on a pallet at the buyers expensive. Overall, the car is really solid, including floors, trunk, quarters, etc. The interior is complete and original and will need new sobers, headliner etc to be perfect. While in my possession, I lowered the car to give it an aggressive stance, added disc brakes, and 15x7 rally wheels. The reason I'm selling is to purchase a 1962 SS impala Convertible I've been after for years. If the car is not sold than I will keep it, the ad will be deleted and no longer offered to the public. This is an excellent blue chip investment. The car has been sitting for a few years, it runs, but the carburetor needs work etc. It will need tuning and safety inspection prior to driving on the streets. Within a weekend, someone could be driving this car. I just installed all new tires with zero miles. This car is irreplaceable at any cost. Cars like this are fewer and fewer by the day. Plan on transporting the car or having it shipped. I'm listing the car at no reserve and the high bidder wins. I reserve the right the cancel the auction at anytime for any reason. The buyers are responsible for any/all transportation charges, taxes, and title fees if required by there state or country. I will work with your shippers throughout he entire process to insure a s oath transaction. This 1966 Nova Super Sport is VERY solid and has a patina that makes you wanna foam at the mouth! its all complete, original, and ready to take to the next level. I know once its gone, I will NEVER be able to replace it. 1966 Nova Super Sports with Patina like this are unheard of. Wanna own all the shows or be the center off attention? Leave it stock or drop in a LS7 and build it the way you want, it has ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES! Many have said it has the BEST PATINA EVER! you be the judge! How many have you seen like this? With only 90k original miles, and mostly original! These are going up in value fast! World wide shipping is available. Look forward to assisting the new buyers in a smooth transaction. We have a current California title in our name. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I require a $1000 non-refundable PayPal deposit immediately upon auction's end. The final purchase price of the 1966 Nova Super Sport will be due and paid in full within (3) business days via bank deposit or wire transfer.
