This 2004 Mach 1 - Automatic is the 40th Anniversary edition. It had 36,000 miles on the body when I bought it. I am the 2nd owner. I decided to take this really well kept cruising machine and turn it into a corvette killer. My speed shop just put in a fresh Aluminator stroked 5.0L from Ford Racing. Ported and polished the heads and intake manifold, Champion head job, Forged internals and steel crank. Comp cams. All documented with receipts. Monster Transmission rebuilt the automatic transmission to handle the increased power with forged parts and a new 3000 stall converter. We added a Vortech V-3 supercharger and have it making about 10 lbs of boost. It can be tuned to go much higher depending on what you wish to do. It is putting out 550 RWHP now with the ability to easily go over 600 RWHP if you wish to tune it a little further . This Mach 1 has an ALL brand new fuel system with 80lb injectors (Siemens) 2 fuel pumps and new cobra baffled fuel tank. It is setup to be a daily driver and sleeper. New longtube headers and Magnaflow cat back exhaust system. As you can imagine I have spared little expense.Bremco Brakes are new. New Nitto Drag Radials. Spare set of tires if you want them but they're only 235's. Ice cold A/C. Dennis Ramsey Performance is my tuner in North Tampa. I highly recommend him and he can quickly put you over 600 RWHP if you wish to take it to that level and spend a little more. I'm conservative and have accomplished what I wanted to do with this car. Its time for someone who can appreciate this level of work to take it so I can begin another project. This will be my 2nd build in two years and I know it will take the right buyer to appreciate this level of work. Yes you can spend the money and get a new mustang but you won't have this level of performance and it won't be a collector. This engine and transmission have less than 99 miles on the clock. I am the President of a company and simply enjoy building performance cars the right way. This was a premium condition car when I bought it and is now a high performance premium condition car.
