My wife and I purchased this car in 2005 from a used car dealer. The car didn't run at the time and the seller thought that it was due to a carburetor problem. He said if we had the gas tank cleaned and coated he should be able to get it running. We did this and also purchased a second used carburetor, but he was unable to get the car running. My wife wanted the car anyway and it has been sitting in the garage ever since. I recently pulled the car out of the garage and decided to sell it as a project car. There is surface rust on the bumpers and parts of the body, but the body appears to be in fair condition. The body paint has a clear coat coating that is peeling away. There are 2 carburetors in a tote. The condition of the engine and drive train are unknown. There is no battery. There are cracks in the tail lights and turn signal lenses. The odometer reads 18707, but I don't know what the actual mileage is. I am listing this car for local pickup on Saturday or Sunday only. I will not ship the car. The preferred method of payment accepted is PayPal. A bank's cashiers check or cash would also be acceptable with my local bank's approval (hours 8am-12noon Saturdays).
