Everyone loves a VW Beetle. This particular vehicle is the Super Beetle. It is in average condition for its age and would be better described as a daily driver rather than a show car. It is dependable mechanically. Cosmetically, the paint is in average to good condition. There are signs in different on the car that it was not born red - previously, it has been green at some point. About 2 months ago, a different motor was installed after the original one blew. A factory trained VW mechanic did the installation. There is no rust on the body that I can see. Also, I looked underneath the vehicle and didn't see any rust there either. The strut towers are solid, as are the floor pans. This car originally came with a generator, but was replaced with an alternator during the engine transplant. Manual transmission, which works as it should - no issues. Interior is average - there is a repair to the driver's seat on the side/back side as noted in the photos. The headliner and door panels are in great condition - snug and fitting properly. Mileage on the odometer reflects 12349, but is exempt due to the age of the vehicle. Vehicle has many maintenance receipts and a lot of history that will come with it. The previous owner was fairly meticulous about maintenance. The tires appear to be period correct and in good condition.
