Vehicle Detail
I inherited this car from my Dad who slowly rebuilt it from boxes of parts over a period of about 30 years. It has been garaged and kept under a car cover. It was driven a few times a year. It starts and runs very well. It was originally titled as a 1930 model but he worked to obtain a corrected title for 1929. It has a replacement VIN # as a result but the title is clear. The restoration was not intended for showroom quality; he simply wanted a neat car that ran well. Overall, it looks nice but it's not perfect. If you're looking for a car that's completely flawless and true to original down to the last detail, this isn't the one. However, it's a great car to use as it was intended to be used. You won't be devastated if a bug hits the grill or you take it down a dirt road. It has lacquer-based paint in the original colors (Andalusite blue for the body and black for the fenders), very good tires and a "honeycomb" grill. There is no rumble seat. Like most other antique cars, the mileage exceeds the mechanical limits of the odometer. I'm selling the car because it isn't practical for me to keep it once his property is sold (I do not have a garage). For sale in the continental United States only.
