Vehicle Detail

One owner, beatiful truck, look the pictures, come to inspected, ride testPower windows - Air conditioning - Remote keylessHate to sell my equipments, need for moneyHere some info about the engine on it:The First Power Stroke® Turbo Diesel The Legendary 7.3L. The 7.3L Powerstroke turbo diesel V8 is probably the best diesel engine EVER available in a pickup truck. Then comes along Ford's bad times. The 6.0L. Common problems were busted seals, busted heads, blown turbos, faulty injectors, and EGR problems. Then here's the 6.4L Powerstroke. The only problem with these engines were the turbos. They blew easily 7.3L features included a waste-gated turbocharger, HUEI fuel injectors and an air to-air intercooler. The 7.3L engines were an instant hit in the trucking world. Production ran non-stop through early 2003. By that time, this engine's performance and durability had made the Power Stroke® name a legend among truckers. Diesel Power Magazine ranked the 7.3L one of the top ten diesel engines ever produced. Today, over two million 7.3L engine-equipped Ford Trucks are still in operation – more than Chevrolet, GMC, and Dodge diesels, combined. During its 9 year production run, the 7.3L was widely acknowledged as a leader in diesel engine technology. They are older and slower but you will notice that the value of 7.3 trucks is higher than many of the new 6.0 equipped trucks. The 6.0 engines are unbelievably powerful but you will be required to invest time and money into the 6.0 to get the long term reliability. They had so many problems that Ford ended up suing Navistar (The company who made the diesel engines) because the amount of warranty issues was costing Ford an extraordinary amount of money. This very sour break up caused Ford to begin to develop it's own engine and now they have the in house build and designed 6.4. If you pick up any Diesel Power Magazine you will see all kinds of adds for "6.0 Kits", you will notice these kits aren't power packages but instead fix em packages. I think head studs, exhaust kits and EGR valves are typically what is being replaced. Check out a couple diesel forums and you will find the general response to be the same.
