All the crazy Derek Specials start at $1 and never have a reserve. I lose on some and win on some. These are always sold as is and I will describe them the best I can. Along with my own evaluation, I also have a mechanic go over the vehicles. Not every scratch and dent can be noted, so please bare with me. I post Motorcycles, ATV's, PWC's, Scooters and snowmobiles. As always, good luck bidding!This Crazy Derek Special is a 1996 Suzuki Intruder VS 1400. Only 5082 miles on this machine. Overall the bike looks pretty clean with a couple of issues that I will mention. It is missing the choke assembly. The cable is still there but the plunger part of it is not. It also has a rear turn signal that has been broken off. The passenger pegs have been removed and are not with the bike.The rear shocks are mounted improperly and missing the nut and washer on the top mount of the shocks. They are turned around for some reason. This bike does fire up and run but the battery is shot. I had to start it using a charge pack. The body and paint on the motorcycle look pretty good. No major flaws with the exception of a few knicks and scuffs. Tires are in great shape. This would be a great bike for someone who can fix the few simple issues it has and get this bike out on the road at a great price.
