This truck runs great! It has had the upgraded FICM calibration as well. It will need the transmission rebuilt. Everything works on this truck and is actually a pleasure to drive. It is a diesel truck, therefor it gets really good fuel mileage for its size. I have replaced the fuel injectors, filter, fuel water separator, and front suspension.On May-15-14 at 15:47:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Truck will also come with a 5th wheel (spare matching wheels on truck) and three other ford rims (original) with spare. Truck is pretty original with the exception of the upgraded grill (shown in pictures) and I have replaced the front headlights with projection style ones, the inner is black with clear outer lenses (gives the blacked out effect without effecting the headlight brightness). It also has the same style tail lights with LED bulbs. The bed of the truck is Rhino Lined (not a plastic drop-in but actual Rhino Lining). It also has the B&W Turn Over Goose Neck ball with trailer wiring in bed (so you dont have to loop over tailgate) and trailer wiring at bumper.
