WATCH TO THE END FOR A TEST DRIVE!When you're looking for a truck that will get the job done and still be able to go through a drive-thru, you look no further than the legendary Ford F250 Super Duty. This particular '04 Super Duty is the Harley Davidson model so it's not a stripped-down work truck. It's optioned out just exactly like you want one including polished 16" wheels, tinted windows, HEATED power leather seats, ICE COLD A/C, and more! The Harley package adds chrome levers and handles to trick blacked-out leather interior items plus quad captain's chairs with consoles both front & rear and unique striping. It's loaded with all the power goodies including keyless entry and keypad among many other items. It has a FRESH bedliner plus a big set of nerf bars. The leather seats look great and have no rips or tears in them. The windshield has no cracks in it either. The tires are big 295-series Nittos that give the truck a great stance without hurting the ride either. Of course, this is a Southern truck so it has NO RUST. With no blowby and only 172k on the truck, it's barely broken-in!!! We've had similar trucks with over 600k on the original engine. It starts right up hot or cold and runs great the whole time. Doesn't use any coolant or smoke either best of all it has NO BLOWBY. The paint is extra shiny plus the seats have no rips or tears. It also has a good pair of batteries that cranked it no problem hot or cold! We've put alot of miles on this truck ourselves and wouldn't hesitate to get in this truck and drive it ANYWHERE. Feel free to fly in and drive it home to whereever home may be. We'll be glad to pick you up at the airport at no extra charge or we'll work with the shipper of your choice to have it transported. Best of all, we got a great buy on it that we're passing along to you in the form of a LOW RESERVE that is THOUSANDS BELOW the book value of nearly $21,000!!! Yes, it's powered by the 6.0 diesel, but no worries because it runs PERFECT. We've run a balance test on the injectors and they're all in spec plus the coolant/oil temps are fine both idling or pulling. I had the 6.0 guru at my local Ford dealer go over it top to bottom and it has ZERO ISSUES! Once you get one of these 6.0 engines set up properly they are really the only way to go. Buy a 6.4 and you'll be replacing the radiator every 50,000 miles or more at $1200/apiece or you'll have to worry that if the previous owner didn't change the oil every 5,000 miles then thanks to the DPF you wind up with 5 extra quarts of fuel in the crankcase thinning out the oil and causing rocker box issues. 7.3s are nice but they're all miled out or if you find a lower mileage one they'll ask you $20,000 and it won't have nearly the option list this one does. However, when it comes to Ford and Harley-Davidson's latest alliance vehicle, it couldn't be more obvious: big, bad looks, universally recognizable sound, and solid American iron. After three years of exploring and expanding the F-150 lineup, the Harley bar and shield will grace new members of the F-Series family: the F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. All new Harley-Davidson Super Duties share the same SuperCab or SuperCrew Lariat 4x4 platform. Mechanical options begin and end in the drivetrain. A 6.0-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel powered our test vehicle, but a Triton 6.8-liter V-10 is also available. A five-speed auto backs the diesel, while the V-10 plays with four. Ford's towing package is standard. Of course, your choice of gearsets affect tow ratings accordingly, ranging from 11,200 to 14,200 pounds. For sheetmetal options, choose either the 8- or 63/4-foot bed. Exterior graphic schemes are stealthy black monochrome; nostalgic Competition Orange/black split two-tone, representing Harley's historic racing colors; or the black-on-gray treatment held over from the previous generation. The interior retains familiar accoutrements as well, including spun-metal gauge faces, leather amenities, and chrome accents. Accommodating an additional passenger--up to four now--is a bonus with the rear bench seat. Dial in the correct ergonomics with the adjustable pedal cluster. On the road, this package offers no surprises. What it loses in the pure street performance of its predecessor, it more than gets back in heavy-duty towing, hauling, and utility. The big Ford is definitely an attention-getter, not just due to its paint job, but because of its giant size and square-jawed presence on the road. Despite being heaviest of the trio (bending the scales at 7320 pounds), it somehow tosses aside the physics books to punch its way to 60 mph in the shortest time--8.5 seconds--while also stopping in the least distance from that speed (150 feet). Our Take: Ford Harley-Davidson F-250 Crew Cab 4x4What's Hot • Quiet and powerful Power Stroke engine • Relatively supple ride • Great mirrors for towingWhat's Not • Gargantuan dimensions • Vague steering • Poor mileageDon't Miss The Harley-Davidson paint job (although it's unlikely you will) Bottom Line It's big, it's brawny--and it's the best tow vehicle among this group Dynamiting the Ford down the road is the latest Power Stroke turbodiesel ($5085), now 6.0 liters and producing 325 horsepower and 560 pound-feet of torque while reducing fuel consumption by 10 percent and emissions by 20 compared with its 7.3-liter predecessor. This is a contemporary powerplant, including a variable nozzle turbocharger (akin to the Duramax's), high-pressure common-rail injection (containing pressures up to 26,000 psi!), pilot injection (an early dollop of injection spray quiets the signature diesel rattle), and exhaust-gas recirculation to reduce NOx emissions.Connected to it is the TorqShift five-speed automatic transmission ($1480) that employs solenoids to operate the transmission's clutches, quickening response time. Indeed, we noticed the transmission's fluid shifts at the track, on the road, and during our towing tests.Partly due to the wheelbase and partly due to its sheer weight, the F-250 easily provided the best ride quality, complemented by the quietest interior by a notable margin. But the truck's immense length, together with the front-suspension's wheel-angle-limiting longitudinal leaf springs, is double-trouble for the turning radius; sometimes you wonder if the only way out of a tight parking lot is by helicopter airlift (talk about roadside assistance). Fortunately, next year, Ford is expected to adopt a coil-spring setup similar to the Dodge's.Boat in tow, the F-250 steamed up the incline like a Union Pacific locomotive. After a few minutes, Whale offered, "Well, the Dodge makes the most grunt, but this Ford's extra horsepower and added gear are hard to beat." While the power was impressive, the steering was vague, though this has the strange advantage of providing a sort of relaxed, inattentive tracking character somehow appropriate on a long-distance haul. Inside, the F-250's design is slightly tired-looking, but like its exterior, there's a workaday earnestness to it that utterly defies age. The F-250 was easy to drive with the trailer. No wanderings between lane edges, it was easy to see out of (due to the excellent Ford side mirrors), and remarkably stoppable, aided by the boat trailer's independent brakes. Not bad for a rig weighing the equivalent of 6.5 Mazda Miatas welded end to end. We handwrite every single description. We provide 24+ high resolution pictures & we inspect and photo what you see and what you can't see. We'll also be glad to email you detailed, closeup pictures of any area you'd like to see more of. People ask us all the time what is the catch to our vehicles. They assume that the prices are low because there is something wrong with them. Nothing could be further from the truth! Our secret is simple...LOW OVERHEAD. We are an internet-only dealer. We do not maintain regular office hours or a large sales facility. We simply have a Mississippi bonded dealer's license, a storage lot, and a computer. Since we don't have dozens of mechanics, helpers, salesmen, secretaries, etc. on our payroll; we are able to sell at greatly reduced prices. You will notice that we sometimes go with private auctions. Our reasons are twofold...the latest scam is to send bogus 2nd chance offers to customers from a fake email address in an attempt to scam them out of money. With a private auction the scammers won't know who our bidders are so if you get a 2nd chance offer from us you will know that it is the real deal! In addition, we set our reserves to sell which upsets other sellers! In fact, sometimes we set our reserve $1,000 or more below what our cost is. This leads other sellers to email our customers and knock our product! We will provide the winning bidder, upon request, with a complete bid history including the usernames & bid amounts of all other bidders. All new or low feedback (under 5 positives) bidders must first email us for no other reason than just to make contact. This way we know we have serious bidders! If you don't make contact we will cancel your bid and black you out from future bidding. We do this to avoid the de@dbe@t bidders, so please respect our policy. If you have a rating of 5 or better you don't have to email us. In the meantime, sit back and enjoy our site and add us to your favorites, because you just never know when your dream vehicle will pop up!!! We've put this vehicle through our EXTENSIVE inspection process & can report it has a great ride & drive! We do our best to let you know of any/all issues we can find on these vehicles since you're buying sight-unseen. A couple of the stripes are peeling slightly and the front bumper has rock pecks. That's about all we can nitpick. WATCH THE VIDEO. If you have any specific questions then don't hesitate to call us email us. Please understand we do our best to describe, in detail, every vehicle we offer to the Ebay public. However, if you have any hesitation during the bidding period, please obtain a Buyer's Inspection PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR BID to satisfy yourself. After the auction ends, understand you are the legal winning bidder of this auction and agree to all our Terms and Conditions. Be sure and take a look at the book values on this vehicle (or any other we have for sale) before you bid. We stopped offering a built-in BuyIt Now option due to ebay's policy of letting anyone with an email address register a username. We had half a dozen de@dbe@t bidders in a row hit the BIN with no intention of paying. We do have a BuyIt Now price so give us a call if you're interested. Make sure you call us for more information on this vehicle. As always though, our reserve is THOUSANDS less than NADA value so bid early & bid often so you don't miss out! Don't be outbid at the last minute! With the eBay proxy bidding system all you have to do is enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay when you get ready to bid. Ebay will then automatically bid against other people for you up to that amount to help make sure you don't miss out. This saves you from getting sniped in the last few seconds of an auction by someone with a computer program. Don't try and bid in small increments at the last minute...go ahead & bid the full amount you're willing to pay then let eBay do the hard work! This vehicle is for sale locally so we must reserve the right to end the auction early due to local sale. However, once the reserve is met then we will let the auction run its course & sell to the high bidder. Now for the fine print... Warranty Information AS IS - NO WARRANTY This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. Please be aware that we are NOT PERFECT. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Folks, we don't mean to sound harsh, but we do sell used cars. If you want a car in brand new condition then go pay anywhere from $20-60,000 or more at a new car dealer. We will make every reasonable effort to describe the vehicle, and we include many photos to assist in that effort. However, it is important to remember that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, manuals, CD changer magazines, keyless entry remotes, etc. may be missing. And, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become apparent under close inspection. This may include small chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, and other indications of normal wear and tear. We cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for these issues. We Disclose our cars as much as we can, But don't forget you are bidding on a USED car. If you have any questions about the condition please feel free to contact us. We Sell At Below-Wholesale Prices And Cannot Provide Spare Keys Or Floor Mats Unless They Are Already With A Vehicle. Feel free to contact us if you need this information. We CANNOT Be Held Responsible For Expenses Or Repairs Beyond The Point Of Delivery. We say this for the simple fact that once you leave then what happens hundreds of miles down the road is out of our control. We do our best to make all our vehicles road-ready. In most cases we have already driven them 4-800 miles ourselves. Terms of Sale Fee and Tax Information: MS Residents Must Pay The 5% State Sales Tax on all motorized vehicles (7% on anything else such as campers, travel trailers, etc.) and a $100 Title/Doc Fee. All Other U.S. Buyers Will Pay Their Own State Taxes Themselves In Their Home State. All other bidders pay only a $99 Documentation Fee in addition to the winning bid. This covers our costs for a notary, Fedex charges, and other paperwork. Lousiana, Canadian and other foreign buyers must pay a $149 Documentation Fee to cover the extra Fedex and other expenses associated with doing international (and Cajun) paperwork. We do have Mississippi temporary tags available if you desire one for an additional $50. However, we've sent hundreds of RVs all over the country without them & nobody has ever had an issue driving home. Winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. Balance due within 5 days of auction end. This is due to the large number of de@dbeat bidders out there. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or otherwise dispose of it. PLEASE arrange your own financing prior to bidding. De@dbeat bidders WILL receive negative feedback & be reported to ebay. Payment Must Be Made VIA Cashier's Check, Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer, or Cash (in person). We must be able to verify funds prior to vehicle delivery. Generally we have almost all titles on hand. However, we sometimes buy vehicles that are dealer trade-ins where there is a payoff involved so the title may be delayed. Feel free to contact us if you need to verify we have the title on hand for a particular vehicle. All Titles Are Held For Up To 14 Working Days For Funds To Clear, Then Will Be Sent via Priority Mail. On Average, Titles Go Out Within a Few Days, But Occasionally There May Be Delays Beyond Our Control. We Cannot Accept Credit Card or Escrow Payments. We're happy to help ARRANGE shipping however ultimately it is the buyer's responsibility to pick up or ship the vehicle. If you want to have your vehicle shipped we recommend DAS Auto Shippers. We've used them many times in the past with good reults. For the best rate contact them directly. Call 800-626-2505 for the fastest quote. To save money be sure and specify "terminal to terminal" shipping. We'll drop the vehicle off at their local terminal here at no charge to save you money. If you pick up the vehicle at a terminal nearby instead of having it delivered to your doorstep then you'll save even more! If you prefer to fly in & drive home we'll be glad to pick you up at Jackson Internation Airport ("JAN"), the local Greyhound station, or the Amtrak Depot. Our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (CST). Please arrange your flight times accordingly. We are more than happy to provide free pickup during normal business hours. We no longer will deliver vehicles after-hours or on weekends. Occasionally things pop up like a blown fuse or a headlight going out and after hours a mechanic isn't there to fix it. We will store your vehicle up to 90 days free, however you must provide full coverage insurance & pay in full. We will not be responsible for damage or theft while in storage here. Our insurance policy will not allow it. If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please make sure that the contact information (email address and phone number) in your ebay profile is up to date. If you're email bounces back on us then we will block you from further bids until you call us. Occasionally we may call to verify a bidder is legitimate. If we can't reach you then we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. We spend approximately $150 per listing. This is how we make our living. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to Ebay, and negative feedback posted. We are not one of those sellers who is afraid to leave bad feedback where it is due even at the risk of receiving it ourselves in return(one of the major flaws in eBay's feedback system). You can look at our "feedback left for others" page for proof. PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION.
