Lots of pictures below description. 1998 XK8 This beautiful example is the perfect color for an English sports car: British Racing Green with Cashmere interior. This car gets lots of looks and thumbs-ups when it drives by. The body is excellent, and the paint is brilliant. The bolster on the driver’s seat shows some wear, but the rest of the interior is very good. The tan top is in good condition. The wheels are in very good condition. The engine runs strong, and the transmission is very smooth. It drives great with no weird noises or surprising behavior. The power convertible top works well. It’s very comfortable with the top up or down. A perfect sports car for every day use. The previous owner just spent $2300 replacing most gaskets and hoses including the lower radiator and heater hoses. An inspection at this time showed that the engine already has metal timing chain tensioners. The coolant reservoir and sensor were replaced this year ($260) as was the battery ($140). Nexen tires were installed last July and have been driven about 6000 miles.The cup holder is jammed shut, and since the cupholders on these cars are pretty worthless, I haven't done anything about it. It comes with 2 keys and one remote. No manuals, but I can show you where to download them online for free. If you have any questions please submit them through ebay or call me at the number below.
