As we know, these cosworth vegas are rare, not too many were built, and they are really a well balanced sports car. they had a way better motor than the regular vega, along with a better rear end with 3,73 posi, and way better suspension. This one is no.1078 built, and is a bit of a fixer upper. its been here in southern California its whole life, and just came out of a 20 year hibernation. I washed it, but it will need the usual to get it going again, gas tank checked/cleaned, new fluids, brake system cleaned and fluid, etc. the body is pretty good, the one big dent in the right front fender, and a few smaller dings, along with original paint that's cracked all up. I guess that's why they don't use lacquer any more. interior is mostly very good, it has the extra option cloth interior, which is very nice. dash pad is cracked, and somebody did a little hacking to the radio area, probably to put in an 8-track to listen to Bachman turner-overdrive. it is a project, but it could be a cool car, It also has the original shop manual for it. and a box of parts too. please email me with any questions, thanks, -tony
