Great restoration job or quick fix for a heavy duty work-truck. Fixer-upper truck, rust issues on the top and door areas. Bed of truck needs new wood bed, and brackets to reconnect tailgate. These old trucks have heavy duty suspension. A previous owner changed the transmission to a manual with a low gear. Great work truck or for towing. The brakes are super strong for towing. Engine consumes oil fast so top off oil when filling up gas. When starting engine there is smoke from the exhaust, but once the engine is warm it runs like any old truck engine. Miles on odometer not original miles I'm guessing. There is some sort of an electrical issue/short that will stop the engine when the lights are turned on. I suggest towing the truck away, but there are local auto mechanics for repair one can drive to. I have owned this truck since the early 90's. For about the past 15 years the truck has been lightly used or non-op, currently non-op status. I would start engine now and then. Toss a battery in the truck, some gas and engine starter in the carburetor and the truck always starts. The Certificate of Title is free and clear. I was going to transfer to my father years ago so partially filled out the title. Will complete a Vehicle Transfer And Reassignment Form, Statement To Record Ownership and Statement Of Facts along with the Title to complete the transfer. Inspection of the vehicle can be arrange. I can accept cash, PayPal, Money Order. Personal checks have to clear before I sign over the title. Truck is sold "As Is, Where Is, No Warranties Given Or Implied". Pickup by buyer or their agent from shipping point only, I will not ship out truck.
