This auction is for a 1993 Ford Mustang LX.This car is NOT COMPLETE & NOT DRIVABLE.This car can be considered a project car or parts car.Excellent starting point for a race car! Yes, this car has a clear title.This is NOT a salvage, or flood car. Excellent starting point for a project & here's why:Since the body is so solid, you don't have to know how to do rust repair.Clear title, no headache salvage title to deal with.I have not "cut" this car. All the parts that were removed were un-bolted. No "hacked up torch work" with this car. The parts needed to build this car are all bolt on parts & easy to get. This is an "entry level" project car. Would also make a good parts car if you already have a project going. Please note: Several parts have been sold off this car. Take a good look at the photos.Any parts you don't see ***still attached*** to the car are not included with this auction.This auction is for the car only, no loose parts are included.I have been selling parts from this car right here on eBay. Several of the parts from this car are still available (available separately) & listed in my eBay store.If you want a package deal for the car & the parts we can discuss it.Winning bidder of this auction can have any Mustang parts listed in my store for 1/2 price, but please be aware that the loose parts are a separate deal. I've seen Fox body Mustang ***stripped out rolling chassis with no title*** on ebay with $1000 bids, There is more to my car than just a rolling chassis, much more! So I know that my starting price on this auction is a very fair deal.Starting price for this auction is only $1500!Compare my price to others and I think you will agree that my price is fair!Even wrecked Fox body Mustangs with salvage titles sell for more than the starting price of this auction! 1993 was the final year for this body style. So, if you want a Fox body Mustang, '93 is as new as it gets! About this car:It was last driven this past fall, so it has not been sitting around all that long.Rock solid Tennessee car.Body condition: Only rust hole I've found is a pin hole on the underside of the rear hatch. Very small hole. So small I wouldn't even bother fixing it.Pretty good body for it's age, Most 21 year old mustangs in Ohio, with a cheap price, are rotted out pretty bad.Not easy to find a Fox body Mustang around here with a body as solid as this one! All glass is good.Doors, fenders, hood, 1/4 panels, rocker panels, all nice & solid.A few minor dings and small dents here & there. But nothing major.Sunroof is good.Front & rear bumpers are good. Interior condition: Several parts have been removed.Dash is complete with the exception of the small pony emblem on the passenger side.Front seats are not ripped up.Carpeting has typical stains. Mechanical condition:Engine is a "long block" 5.0 (302 cid).Has the complete bottom end & heads.Engine was running very strong before parts were removed.This engine was converted to carbureted & was built up.Carb, intake, valve covers & front accessories have been removed.Has a "lumpy" cam.Last owner told me the heads are racing heads from Summit Racing. I do not know the specs on the heads, cam, or bottom end. I do not know if it has been bored out.Has a 4 gear timing set instead of a chain, it is the "noisy" type, sounds like a "supercharger whine".Transmission is a C-6 automatic.Rear end is a POSI out of a Mustang GT.Duel exhaust is complete. Has Ford headers still in place.Gas tank still in place & looks to be relatively new.Driveshaft still in place. ============== Important information, please read =============This car has a clear Ohio title.This car is located in North East Ohio, In Portage county. Zip code 44266.Close to Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, and the Ohio / Pennsylvania border. The car is about a 1/2 hour to 1 hour from all of these locations.Photos speak for themselves & can tell you about condition better than I can. So please take a good look to have a better understanding of what you are buying.This car is to be sold "as-is". I have never given any form of a guarantee when selling a used car. This car is non functional. A non refundable $150 deposit is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction. The deposit is part of the purchase price of the car. It is not in addition to the purchase price.Deposit to be made with Pay Pal. If you can not do Pay Pal, please contact me to discuss your options.This auction will cost me a lot in eBay fees + Pay Pal fees (selling cars on eBay is far from free). The purpose of the deposit is to reimburse me if the buyer fails to hold up their end of this auction. I feel that this SMALL deposit is very fair to both the buyer and seller. This deposit is considerably less than what most people selling cars on eBay want & poses minimal risk to the buyer. Fair for you & fair for me. Payment for the car is due **In full** within 7 days of the end of the auction. I will accept checks & money orders as well as Pay Pal but please note the following:Due to past attempted scams I will not release possession of the car, or anything associated with the car, until all payments have cleared my bank. This goes for the deposit & the final payment. Doesn't matter what form of payment, cash, check, money order, even Pay Pal, it ***MUST*** clear my bank before I will release the car to the buyer. In the past, it has taken as long as 10 days for an out of state check to clear my bank. I have no control over how long this takes. This is the only way I can protect myself from scams.If you want to mail a check or money order, I STRONGLY recommend that you use certified mail.Yes, I will accept cash, but only for an ***in person*** transaction. Mailing cash has obvious risks. It is eBay's rule that cash payment only be done in person & I agree with this.It is eBay's rule, not mine, that Pay Pal can only be used for the deposit. Final payment can be made with cash in person, check or money order only. I can store this car for a maximum of 30 days from the end of the auction. I can not do more than 30 days because I will not be available to help the buyer with picking up this car. Storage of this car is free of charge. Once this car has been sold, I no longer own it. I can not accept responsibility for the car once I no longer own it. Storage is at the risk & liability of the new owner. Transport of the car is the buyers responsibility.
