Always loved the Marmon-Herrington trucks and decided to build one using 1949 Ford on a 1977 Ford F-250 High Boy running gear. A good amount of fabrication work already complete comes with clear Ohio title. The picture of the red truck is what the project was modeled after. Fabrication: Shortened wheel base by removing 19” from frame. Adjusted pinion angle and purchased new drive shafts. Engine/drive train: 351, C6 automatic, power steering, power brakes and tilt wheel. Parts: Good steel front and rear fenders, (2) pair of doors, (3) hoods, (3) Sets of inner fenders and many other miscellaneous parts, too much to list. New Parts: Complete 6’ bed and tailgate Oak floorboards for bed Stainless grille bars Tinted windshield Tinted back glass All four front and rear cab corners Rocker panels Lower door seal retainers Speaker grille and radio hole cover Glove box Cowl vent gasket and fender to cowl seals Parking light assemblies Tail light assemblies 12-volt wiper motor 12-volt heater motor Defroster hose Billet gauge insert for dashMarmon-Herrington hood emblems Fiberglass running boards Motor mounts Double sump oil pan, oil pickup tube and dip stick It's a project so needs work, but a lot of work has been done to this point and a lot of expensive parts been purchased.
