Hot metalflake red Triumph chopper/bobber built by ACE Custom Cycles! bike is a 1972 oil frame Triumph that has been hardtailed in the classic ACEcustoms style! no bolt on tails thats gonna look the next guys! bike is full on custom from stem to stern that won best "custom chopper" in its first show. expect more of that. Bike was the subject of a photoshoot with a nationally known photographer and modeled by the lovely Brooke, for pending publication in a fashion magazine. and NO, Brooke is NOT included in this sale so dont ask! Bike is a OIF [oil in frame} Triumph unit but has a stainless steel hexagon tank that includes the coil, typanium reg/rect and ign switch that mimics the std aftermarket oil tanks. this tank is lockable to deter the guys with the "alligator clip and patch cord" from firing up your sweet ride and disappearing![i`v SEEN this happen!] This is a MATCHING #`s bike! engine and frame #`s match! [this is very important anymore!] Engine was rebuilt by a 40 yr Triumph dealer about 4 yrs ago, but put in a hardtail frame and never completed until i bought the project. i`v ridden it enough to know it runs great! skateboard wheel chain tensioner works great. High pipes with "Ceurvo silver" stainless shotglass tips sound great! metalflake red tank,seat, grips and rear fender are offset by the flat black frame and accents. Trust me, unless you run with some pretty esoteric guys, this bike is probably cooler than theirs! [and if you do, this bike is probably as cool!] this is a 43 yr old classic BRITISH motorcycle! if you dont know what that means, ask someone who does! paint is not perfect and the rims and pipes have some tarnish.[rims were buffed out and clearcoated] just being honest. if you want a bike with new rims and perfect paint theres a couple listed now at roughly TWICE the "buy it now" price. Great bike that looks good, runs and stops well, sounds great and will draw honeys and trophy's with the barest of maintenance! i will crate this bike and deliver to FWD Air or have available for the shipper of YOUR choice! i will also be available by phone or Email to offer any maintenance/repair advise, laugh at your jokes, agree that your friends are wankers, tell you that the hot chick that dissed you aint good enough for you or just to remind you how cool you are now that you own this kllr bike!
