1978 Ford F-150. Originally owned by a high level politician, I am the 3rd owner. As the pics will show, this truck had a camper shell on it from day 1 and the inside of the bed is perfect. When I got this truck, she ran a little rough. I put on a new carb, fuel pump, alternator and distributor. I have driven it around town and on the highway and she runs good and starts reliably. She could easily become a resto project as she has NO rust. This truck has the typical dings for a 37 year old but is by no means one that would require much to make real nice. The A/C works and blows cool but needs a can of R-12 to make it cold. I say this as the pressures show that it just needs a little charge but it is still cool going down the road. The tires are 80% (almost new) tread. I have built many of these and I will say that this one could easily be an easy flip but mama wants a bit of cash now for her sewing room so I don't have time to work it over, Bid with confidence, you will not be disappointed. If you want the truck to have no dings, I can pull them all out and give her a fresh coat of paint for 2500 extra. I typically sell them as they are so you can see what you are buying. I hate the plastic surgeon bondo boys that do a fast Earl Scheib job and sell one as a "restored" unit. If you want a nice work truck or daily driver, she is ready. If you want a nice show project, she wont require a ton of money to bring back to her former glory.
