Up for sale is a 1984 BMW R100RT Last Edition with matching sidecar hack! Bike is a true barn find! Stored for the past 15+ years in a heated/cooled warehouse! Oil looked good when I pulled the dipstick, poured some gas in the tank, hooked up a jump box to the bike and she started instantly. Motor sounded great! Bike will need COMPLETE service, as it has been sitting for many years. Will need all new rubber fuel lines installed, and new petcocks as they leaked when we put gas in the tank Carbs leaked fuel when we started the bike, but bike ran great. Carbs will need serviced or new gaskets, etc. Bike rolls great, brakes work well, just needs some normal service and fluids changed and bike should be ready to ride! Sidecar setup looks great, everything is there! Pictures tell the story, bike is a great candidate for restoration. Clear title, ready to go to the new owner! We don't know much about BMW motorcycles, so hopefully the pictures tell the story. We can store the bike for a few weeks if that helps out the new owner, while making plans to pickup or send shipper.
