Up for auction is a 1972 Honda SL350. K2 The speedometer says 3863 , and I have no reason to doubt it. This bike runs and rides great. This was a garage find. I bought it from someone who had for many years and at least covered up when I got it. He said he would" start it every once in a while" . He swears by the odometer, and it starts and rides great. I can not guarantee the mileage, but don't have any reason doubt it. It was last registered in 1980. ( plate was on it). The rubber pegs and kick starter are not excessively worn, The paint is decent, theres a chip on top of the tank, other then that its pretty good for its age, Since I got it I replaced the rims and spokes. Rear was not right and it would look odd with one new wheel. On advice from vintage Honda collectors, I only cleaned the original hubs and the whole bike for that matter.. No polishing or steel wool , just a little soap and water. Its the way I found it minus dirt and dust. The oil was changes, New gas lines and filter. New tires the correct size for the bike. Not too aggressive so good for on and off road, 3.0 x 21 front and 4.00 x 18 rear. I will assist in shipping however I can, but buyer is to make arrangements or pick up. I described best I could. Being used, I do not guarantee this bike. Buying as is.
