This is the most desirable color combination produced in 1964, and this stunning color draws attention and comments from people if your sitting at a stop light or if your pulling up to the country club. This car gets attention. I purchased this totally rust free Thunderbird from a private party in Colorado and had the body stripped and repainted the original Rose Beige (champaign) color with a quality base coat/clear coat paint. I then had the interior redone with new door panels, headliner, visors, dash, carpet etc. As you can see in the pictures I did not recover the seats as they were in good serviceable condition at the time. You can see in recent times the leather tops of the front seat backs have started to show wear. Rear seats are still near mint. This car drives as nice as it looks, goes down the road arrow straight, and has all the power you would expect from the 390 with the 4 bbl carb. Tires, brakes, exhaust were all replaced and all mechanicals have repaired, replaced and maintained, thus, this car could be driven coast to coast with confidence. To answer a couple questions, the air cleaner was off in the picture but is included, It was being repainted and new decals installed. Engine compartment was dressed up after photos. Doors fit great and there is no mismatch or sag. I didn't notice till after the photos were posted that the passenger door wasn't closed all the way when the photos were taken.
