I have had this truck for 10 years and am the third owner. I bought it from a farmer who bought it from the Union Pacific auction in 1971. The truck has 46,700 original miles on it. The bed is wooden and 9 feet long. The driver's side door has a dent in it, but I have another door that I have been saving to go on the truck and I will include that door with the truck. The truck has a few minor problems, mostly cosmetic, some minor rust on the body and driver's side rocker panel, but it runs like a champ. It is the only vehicle I own that has never let me down and always starts when I ask it to. It gets about 17 miles to the gallon unloaded and about 10 miles to gallon loaded. To my knowledge, then mileage on the truck when I purchased it was 44,217 ORIGINAL miles as it had 21,000 on it when the second owner bought, and he only drove it once or twice a year, mostly during harvest. The truck is numbers matching and, to my knowledge everything on the truck is OEM. This is the best running truck I have ever had, but I am moving and must sell.
