The wife wants a new car so some of the old ones have to go! A 1982 with Original paint that is still in excellent shape with only minor imperfections as shown. I highlighted any paint damage in the photos. The car has a clean undercarriage without rust and only has one spot of corrosion under the passenger kick plate as shown. There is also a paint imperfection behind the gas door. This car has been updated as some point with a double row timing chain. A new correct muffler was just installed along with valve cover gaskets and a relay for the power windows. The power antenna is currently not working. There are service records with the car that show the antenna has needed oiled in the past. The antenna motor runs but does not push up the antenna. It can be pulled up part way by hand. The original radio is still working along with all gauges. There are no tears in the interior and almost no wear but the driver seat bottom does show some deformity compared to the passenger seat, which still has the nice parallel lines. The dash does have some separations shown in a close up image. The under side of hood no longer has the insulation attached. The washer fluid reservoir is separated where it mounts to the inner fender but hasn't caused any problem. An original Mercedes tool kit is included along with all owners manuals and all booklets along with service records. Tires have over 90 percent tread Car drives, shifts and stops just the way it should and engine runs smoothly and does not smoke or use oil.
