Original Flathead V-8 with 3 speed on the column. Runs out nice. New master cylinder this year and less than 1000 miles on the brakes. Wide White Wall tires have great tread and the exhaust was new a couple of years ago. In fact, I had this car mechanically gone through entirely and everything replaced as needed, tuned and adjusted mechanically less than 1000 miles ago. The body is decent, having been repainted before I got it about 20 years ago. The paint is showing it's age and someone did some rust repair when they painted it, but it still shines up nice. The floors and trunk were replaced before I got it, and though they are not to my standards, (I planned on dressing out the job at some point) they are solid and definitively do not detract from the drivability of this car. That being said, you could drive this car on cruise nights just as is and from 5' it looks just fine, or you can invest some time and take it to the next level, its a great start for a total restoration. If custom mods or hot rodding are your thing, then take a good look at the lines of this coupe. Before I got it someone spent some time recovering the seats and dressing out the interior and it looks pretty decent. This car is basically stock and appears original as far as I can tell. I'm starting to sell off some of my toys as my age is catching up with me. Don't hesitate to ask questions and good luck with your bidding.
