This is a this and that truck. It has a lot of different truck parts on it and more to come. I have just bought a set of steps for the bed. It still has the floor start pedal and it does work. If you are the winning bidder and want a 58/59 front rather that a 55-56 I can do that as well. I will trade front end for front end and install it as well. I have a few of these trucks and truly do not have time to fix this one. This is a project. the title is a Flordia title signed but never transferd as Ga does not title a truck this old. This truck will run. I have started it and it is running on a bottle as I have not had a chance to clean the gas tank. The carb has been rebuilt and starts right up. So it would not take much to be a driver. The breaks do not work. The master cylinder need to be replaced or rebuilt. The tires are like new but show some cracking just from sitting so long. The cab is in better than average shape, The doors do not sag when you open them. The floor has some rusted thru spots. But should be an easy fix. The cab corners are bad and the steps could be replaced. The front fenders have rust at the bottom but the tops look to be in great shape. Once again should be an easy fix. The bed is not bolted down but should be by the end of the auction. The fenders are in pretty good shape but do have some dents. . What you see is what you get. I have listed what I know and will be happy to add any pictures you like. The truck will need to be towed or put on a trailer as it has no breaks, The truck should have a good once over before trying to drive it as it is over 50 years old. Sold as is where is. This would be a great hot rod or rat rod. Or fix the small things and drive and fix it as you can. Please ask any questions before you bid. If your not sure please ask before you bid not after. On Mar-06-14 at 06:48:20 PST, seller added the following information: I bought this truck in a package deal. I have been doing some work on it as I can. I realized there was no vin on the truck when I got it home. I called the previous owner and asked about the numbers. He said he would look. I went and picked up the vin plate and signed title from him. I checked the frame to see if they match. Chevy back in the day did not always stamp the frame and I could not find it, I have two other trucks one had ithe numbers and one did not. I am trying to be honest so you can make the correct decision for you. These trucks are over 50 years old and I have two more and find that this is not uncommon. They were farm trucks work trucks and so on. Thank you I did have the vin ran and it is on as well as the title. On Mar-12-14 at 16:13:18 PDT, seller added the following information: WOW I have found a rear bumper and brackets for the truck and I placed them in the bed. It is not perfect it is chrome. It does have the brackets on it . I will add a tail gate to go with the truck as well. I also have the cab corners that will go with the truck as well., There rusty from sitting but are new. They will need to be sanded and clean off the rust .
