Very nice 1972 3rd door KC20 Deluxe Suburban 4x4. Starts, runs and drives great. Engine runs strong with no suspect engine noise. Transmission shifts smooth as does transfer case. Interior is in good condition. No rips or issues with seats. Alloy rims are in good shape, tires have some tread life left. Truck was re-painted at some point. While paint has held up well, clear coat has not and is peeling. AC belt is missing so I unable to verify if AC system works or not but fan and heater work fine. Gas gauge not responding but all other gauges are in working order. Has some rust in typical areas for this model but I would say rust issues would be considered minor to modest and limited to some sheet metal areas only. Frame/chassis appear solid with only minor surface rust only. Mileage - NOTE Do not know actual mileage. Doubt mileage is 27647 but doubt it has 127,647 either.Overall, this is a well preserved example of an early Suburban. Will make a great daily driver as is or could be much more depending on new owners desires.
