Late 1963 production Avanti titled as a 1964. R1 Auto with factory AC. The car has the origional engine with the AC still intact( needs serviced) The car spent a few years up north and was stored. The engine starts and runs well with no smoke but the carburator needs a little TLC. The float sticks sometimes and causes it to flood at an idle. The car has only been driven in the yard as it needs brakes- if you pump them it will stop it in the yard but would not take it on the road until checked. The gauges appear to work except the speedometer needs the cable lubed( makes the needle jump) and the vacuum gauge dont work. The interior is ok for a driver and looks to be origional but carpet is not great and the driver seat has a couple bad areas. The paint may be origional and is faded and has some thin areas as you can see from photos. The frame has surface rust but I didnt see any areas of concern. The trunk pan looks good and I didnt see any rust through issues on the right side "Hog Trough" but the left side it rusted out at the back around the body mount. The grille and origional fan shroud are in the trunk. The radiator does not look to be factory and the shroud will not mount to it but the radiator works fine and shows no leaks.This could be a parts car or restore, it is priced with a low reserve. It has a New JerseyTitle and has not been registerd in several years.
