1994 Dodge Ram 2500 SLTSingle Cab Long Bed 4x4Mileage: 134,071 Vehicle condition: This truck is in "FAIR" condition. PLEASE READ: It is being listed as "fair" condition because of the transmission. The transmission has about 70,000 miles on it and it has trouble shifting into 3rd gear. When I say trouble, I mean that it shifts reluctantly; in order for it to shift into 3rd gear, you have to let off of the gas pedal and then it shifts (this is only when driving in town).I do not know what could be causing this.There are no shifting problems when accelerating onto the freeway. Other defects include a couple small dents on the body; one on the front right side of the hood and one on the rear right side of the bed (see photos).Recently, the plastic on the dashboard literally cracked all the way across (see photo) due to temperature changes I believe.Also, the driver's seat exhibits a tear from the years of wear. (headphone jack on deck doesnt work either).Nitto Terra Grapplers (305 75 R16) installed on the truck last year; still have about 85% tread. These are mounted on Eagle Alloy aluminum wheels.Full size spare tire included.The truck has a 2" levelling kit installed on the front end.New shocks installed two years ago on the front and back.Chrome locking side gas door installed.Flowmaster 40 series installed.Headers installed on the motor (JBA brand, I believe)Truck just passed SMOG about 3 months ago and therefore should NOT need to be smogged when this vehicle is sold. Vehicle History:I have owned this truck for the last 5-6 years. It is smoke free and has been lightly driven (about 8-10,000 miles a year). I have experienced as many mechanical problems as anyone would expect for a vehicle of this year but all of those problems have been taken care of except for the transmission issue (it has been having this shifting issue for at least 6 months).
