Up for sale is this 1969 Pontiac Firebird restoration project. The car both runs and drives. It has a 350 2 barrel with an automatic transmission and only 59,701 original miles. The new owner will receive a transferable New York state registration receipt and a bill of sale. Tag on fire wall reads: st69 22337 Lor518352 BDY tr 200 87-b body 11-c. All glass and trim are good. Interior and dash are good. New battery. Tires are ok. Original Pontiac Rally wheels. Dual exhaust. Motor has been untouched. Brakes and power steering are good. Lights work. Car handles well. Fuel line and brake lines are good. Rocker, shock tower, frame rails, sub frame and floor panels are all very, very solid. All Seat belts are in the car. Dome light and light in glove box sill work. Vehicle has original power antenna. Console is great. All knobs and switches are in nice shape. Car has drum brakes in the front and rear. 10 bolt posi traction rear. Multi leaf springs in rear. Car is very, very restorable!! Quarter panels can be saved in my opinion. Trunk pan needs to be replaced. Trunk lid has been replaced. Hood has been replaced. Around the rear window shows some rust. Shifter needs a new cable (stretched out) but vehicle will go into reverse and drive without a problem.
