This X5 comes with impressive Dynamic Stability Control System, which includes the usual anti-lock, traction control, stability enhancement, and brake control functions, and can compensate for the effects of brake fade and water on the discs. It does so by increasing hydraulic pressure when brake temperatures rise. When the throttle pedal is abruptly released, the brake pads are pressed snugly against the rotors in preparation for braking thus decreasing the brake reaction time.
Equipped with windshield-wiper rain-sensing system which detects moisture, the brake pads are periodically brought just close enough to the rotors to wipe away any water film for better braking performance when it is needed. Another nice feature is the
connectivity between the rain-sensing wipers and the automatic headlights; when rain activates the wipers it also activates the headlights.
Standard equipment includes driver and front passenger airbags, seat airbags, and roof Airbags. The interior design and comfort only
reinforces BMW's reputation. It's slightly roomier and quieter than before, and it has more of a luxury car character. Front-seat comfort is exceptional, even for the taller person. Rear-seat space is phenomenal. Nighttime access is helped by Exterior LED’s inside the door Handles which Illuminate around the car when Un-locking and Locking, also with interior courtesy lighting.

Overseeing the entire chassis arrangement is the automakers Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) technology, which intervenes if a loss of vehicle control is imminent. DSC can be turned off by a push of a button if needed.

Vehicle Inspection
We welcome and encourage potential buyers to inspect the vehicle but such inspections MUST be conducted prior to completion of this auction. This vehicle is available for inspection at any reasonable time. If you choose to have the inspection done by a licensed professional, you must do so at your own expense. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value based solely upon that judgment. Furthermore, it will be assumed that you have inspected this vehicle fully if you have placed the bid.
Financing
If you are planning to finance this vehicle through a lending institution, you must secure the loan prior to bidding. Secure all finances and be able to follow through with the payment before you bid. Please call us if you require assistance in obtaining/completing financing.
No Reserve Auctions

Vehicle Transportation
Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. We can and will also assist in arranging for transportation upon buyer’s request. We are able to get amazing quotes throughout the world, and can even guarantee your shipping to be less then $1200 to
anywhere in the continental US. If you have a question about shipping please contact us. To approximately calculate shipping to your residence, it is about 30 cents per mile. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage, and insurance of such carriers is ALWAYS verified before a vehicle is release for transport. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can pick you up at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However,
we do require advance notice.
Payment Information
If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 48 hours of winning the auction by phone (619)392-0800 (Ramunas) or by email through ebay or ExellMotors@yahoo.com to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within forty-eight (48) hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal to ramunasulinskas@Yahoo.com. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within seven (7) days from the end of auction. You must fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept cash, certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, pay-pal (+ 3% fee) or cash in person. We will not release
the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If
you pay by bank check, you will have to wait until the next business days or until the funds clear (usually 1 business day. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles until funds clear.
Bidder’s Age
You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
Storage Terms
Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for a reasonable amount of time….10 days. After that, a storage charge of $20/day will start accruing.
Liquidated Damages
In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount allowed with small claims. Once again, if you are not serious about following through with a purchase, do NOT bid.
Sales Tax & Other Fees/Documents IE Titling and Registration
All Buyers in the State of California will be required to pay all the
Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered (inquire by email or phone for tax information). Registration and Transfer in State of California will be done by Exell Motors. We are able to provide you with new license plates and registration in your name
as early as the same day, or within 2 business after cleared payment. For out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done. There is no additional fees for us registering the car for you in California like most other dealers, or any other fees for documents we must provide in order for you to register the vehicle in your state. We want the process to be as fast and simple for you as possible, so we will strive before, during, and after the sale to make it simply the easier and best car buying experience you have ever had. OUT OF STATE buyers, will receive a California Title in the name of the dealership signed over tho the new owner in order to be registered in his/her state. The titling process takes 7-10 business days.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion and end the auction early in the event the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction, we shall not be held liable for such cancellations.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
