You are bidding on the bike as-is, where is. No warranty is expressed or implied. All terms are final. Background: This motorcycle was brought to us wrecked. We repaired the vehicle using OEM factory parts to exact standards. The owner signed the repair order and failed to pick up the bike within the stated time frame. We called the owner and notified the lien holder via certified mail of the pending lien sale. Neither the owner or the lein holder responded, and by law we are required to hold a public auction to dispose of the asset. This is notification to all interested parties that this vehicle is sold to the high bidder. The deadline may be temporarily extended if bids are received in the final 5 minutes of the sale. About the bike:It's a 2006 Suzuki GSX-R600. It is in perfect condition. The vehicle was in a minor wreck, and was uninsured at the time. It will come with a clean and clear, lien-free Texas title in your name. It was repaired using all new OEM parts, except the mirrors and the seats. I have personally ridden the bike and it is just exactly as new. 2,144 original miles. If you would like a copy of the repair order, please let me know. I will send you a copy of it with the personal information removed. Would you like to purchase this bike? It is a very simple process, however by law you must follow the process exactly or you will not get the bike. As an estimate, it's usually 6.25% of the bid price plus $108 to $150 for the license, tags, plates, title etc. You will receive legal ownership at the time of transfer, with license plates and TITLE issued in your name. In Texas you are required to provide identification and liability insurance at time of transfer. If that represents a problem, do not bid. Licensed dealers are exempt from this requirement.
