NO RESERVE 06 BMW 325i 4DR AUTO LOW MILES FLORIDA CAR LIGHT PKG SERVICE RECORDS Up for sale is my 2006 BMW 325i 4 Door with Steptronic automatic transmission. The car is Titanium Silver Metallic over Black Leatherette with wood trim. I'm listing this car for my friend David who lives in my building. He wants to sell it because he works from home and we live in the Brickell Area of Miami which has become like NYC (in the sense that you don't need a car). A new building has been built next to ours that is going to use our parking garage so spots are being rented out for a premium. When you combine insurance, what he could get for renting his parking space, and a car payment it amounts to close to $600 which is more than enough in the rare case he needs a car (we have CAR2GO here which is similar to ZipCar). David bought the car from his roommate's parents in April 2011 when the car had 60k miles and his roommate's parents bought the car from the dealer with 48k miles. In both instances the car has been garage kept and fully serviced. All the service records for the car after the factory warranty and maintenence expired are present. The car has also been a FLORIDA car it's entire life. Factory options include the light package (door handles light up at night), Multifunction Leather Steering Wheel, Moonroof, and Burr Walnut Trim, Mechanically the car is sound. There is a fault light for a burnt out bulb. Exterior and interior wise the car shows really well. The interior shows barely any wear (the leatherette wears much better than it's leather counterpart). The exterior has no major blemishes. There is some light scratching on the rear bumper on the driver side but it's hard to see because it is a silver car. They could potentially be buffed out.There is also an ever so slight dent in the driver rear door which was hard to capture. The BMW keyfob is missing the BMW emblem. The Autocheck report lists an anamoly of the car running at auction with the mileage unknown. This wasn't the case as it ran twice prior with no announcement. This could be rectified if you call AutoCheck and see what they would need to rectify the problem (most likely an affadavit from the auction) Autocheck shows no known accidents. The car comes with one BMW Key fob, the books, and all the service records All electronics function as they should and the A/C blows ice cold).
