You are bidding on a 1970 1/2 Chevy Camaro Z/28 Spilt Bumper. This car has had same owner since 1972. In the late 70s it was converted to a drag car. They put a one piece fiberglass front clip on it. They did not cut anything under the hood. The front clip is bolted on the bottom of the front frame horns which can be easily removed. The frame rails are in very good condition. The floor pan is near mint as well as all the underside. The trunk is in good condition but will require some patching. The car has front disc brakes and tilt wheel. This car came from the factory gold with black stripes. It still has the 12 bolt rearend with 5.13 gears and summers brother axles. It started out life as a lt1 350 v8 with 360hp and a 4 speed. The wheels are American racing 3 1/2 or 4 inch fronts and 10s on the rear. This car is built in April. Also has an aluminum radiator and big block headers. I have read on a few website that the z stamp was getting fixed on it time and this car is stamped 28 with no Z. This car is numbered 232. This is a very solid car.
