This car was converted to a Mercedes S63 in 2008, I do not know who did the conversion, but I was told it was over $ 25.000 for the conversion alone. It is built on a 2001 Lincoln Town Car Chassy. We rented this out as a Mercedes Limousine to 100’s of customers and not once did anyone say, this is not a Mercedes. Our customers loved, and it we were always able to get more money for this car then other cars. We gave them an option, do you want a white Lincoln or the Black Mercedes, and bumped the price for the Mercedes $ 100 - $ 300 depending on the run for the Mercedes. They really spent a lot of time on details, like the Mercedes S63 Emblems etc, as well as the Mercedes emblems embroidered in the seats. We owned the car for 2 years, and a year ago we put a new used motor in it with 90.000 miles. The car sat for 8 weeks, and started right up, and runs good. The interior of the car, is better than you would expect of a car with this mileage. It looks really sharp with the fibre optic stargazer ceiling and stargazer bar. It also has the lights in the bar that changes colours. The Privacy divider looks great with contoured outline. It also has a great stereo system. The car has 20 Inch Rims with Low Profile Tires There are a few things that should be mentioned, I have taken pictures of the imperfections that I saw. I used a really high end camera, and the pictures seem to make it look a little worse than it is. One of the rims is different ( the passenger front ) then the other rims.The AC did not work in the fall when I took it out of service. It was working during the summer, but not now. I do not know what is neededThe driver side tail light is crackedThere are various imperfections in the paint and body , and I would recommend painting the car.One of the panels (passenger side rear) was repainted, and it has a different shade to it.The Hood has some wobbles in it.You can do a night run with this car now, but you would not be able to do a daytime wedding with it now.When I started the car now, the side marker lights did not work, they did work 2 months ago, and all of them where working before. They looked really sharp with blue lights. So either some connection is loose, or a fuse has gone, I don’t imagine that it would be too much to fix.Also I noticed that the wipers did not work, they were working before Overall a solid car, and once you give it a paint job; you will have a timeless money maker in your fleet. I would count on spending some money on the car for cosmetics and mechanical, but there is nothing mechanical that I know of the that is not good..
