No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Bidders with less then 3 positve feedback must call or email before bidding or bid will be removed. Payment must be made in cash, or certified check. Credit cards or Paypal may be used for full payment at an additional fee for vehicles under a certain price. Vehicle must be picked up or shipped within 14 days of auction end, or a storage fee will be added. We kindly ask that feedback be left when vehicle is delivered. Feedback is very important to us and this ensures that buyers do not forget to do so.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly help you and get you a discount that we get for being a dealer using "Ready Auto Transport." We do not provide temporary tags. Maryland residents may take delivery at a tag and title shop that can issue you a temporary tag upon registering the vehicle. Out of state residents are encouraged to obtain a tag on their own, or title the vehicle and bring those tags with them when coming to pick up the vehicle.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! CD magazines, floor mats, extra keys, keyless remotes, owners manual, and previous service records are not always included. Do not assume anything not listed or pictured is included. Vehicle mileage may be slightly higher upon delivery then posted in ad. This is due to test drives, service visits, and detailing work. We reserve the right to cancel bids for 0 or excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches, and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I descibe the condition of this vehicle to the best of my ability, but not every single defect is always noticed.
