A beautiful survivor... 1947 Chevrolet Fleetmaster Convertible, 216ci 6 cyl with manual vacuum assist transmission (you can shift with one finger). Car is an older restoration that remains in beautiful condition. It is not perfect but shows very well (I get looks and compliments every time I take it out). The car starts easy and runs like a top either at highway speed of idling. Brakes work flawlessly, straight and smooth. All gauges work with the exception of the clock. Even the radio works. Interior and top have no cuts or rips and the top operates smoothly. Originally a California car... no rust. A great running and reliable vehicle. Only 28,443 Convertibles were produced in 1947 of a total 684,145 Chevrolet’s that year. I have more pictures available upon request. Please ask any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. I have enjoyed this car for the past 6 years but do not have the time to drive it as often as it should be plus I need to make room for a new project.
