Hi, Today you are bidding on my used, in running condition, and inspected with title in hand 1996 Toyota Tercel. Yes, that's right this car is still on the road! They are rare these days! My wife and I acquired this from my sister in law a few years ago as a back up vehicle. I have no idea how many owners there were, but you can look at the included report. I'm sure it has some skeletons in the closet! Anyways as you can see by the pics its seen better days. My sister in law beat the crap out of this thing but it won't die... why? Its a TOYOTA! It has around 190k burns some oil and needs an exhaust... but it did LEGALLY pass inspection this July. It starts and runs pretty good for its age. Still gets combined 36 MPG, yes 36 MPG! I do "splurge" and put in the mid grade fuel, sometimes even the high test. This would be a great car for a commuter or first time driver, etc. Its small and I mean small! Its stripped down, nothing but the basics! The AC needs a recharge but the heat works great! As does the radio. Check engine light comes on from time to time but never seems to stay on. Never got this checked but can't imagine its something too bad. Its off now anyways. Why am I getting rid of this? Well I have two other cars now and I don't want keep three on the road. Also did I mention this car is small? I am 6'4'' 380lbs I need a damn shoe horn to get in and out of this thing! Id be better off taking it to a circus where I could be a clown and make people laugh watching me trying to get in and out! With that being said it does run well as mentioned before. Even hauling my heavy self around it still got great millage and pretty peppy. With some work she would be great! Use it for whatever, commuting, driving lessons, target practice, parts whatever! I'm told these are hard to find nowadays. I just need it gone as I have three cars and am moving soon. Would like to get a few hundred bucks atleast. She will need front brakes at some point but I will include pads. The rears are all new including bearings. New air filter too. Any questions please ask before bidding.
