Up for sale is our 1996 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 convertible. The car has been an adult owned and driven vehicle during it's entire life span. The last ten years the car has always been stored during the winter and has not seen road salt to our knowledge. During the summer the car was only used for occasional day trips to Lake Michigan and driving around town. The motor in the car currently has less than 5,000 miles on it. The motor was removed, bearings replaced, crank turned and a high volume oil pump added to increase oil volume to the main caps. Also during the rebuilt a new water pump and opti spark were installed. The car is very clean with only light wear to the drivers seat leather. No major rips or tears. A few neat extras about this car. The car is equipped with a Borla exhaust setup. The rims are from a Trans Am and are nicely polished, the lower grill has a billet insert, and the car is also equipped with a Lingenfelter cold air intake. Extras that are also included are a bra for the nose, extra opti spark that was just rebuilt by MSD, and a very nice car cover. Only major body defect are some light lines in the hood from where the paint has lightly cracked from the heat, this is hardly noticeable from three feet away. No major dings, rust, paint chips, etc. The bottom line is this car has been incredibly well cared for. This has never been a teenagers daily driver and it shows. Previous owner had over $4,000 in documented maintenance. Chevrolet built less than 3,000 Z28 convertibles in 1996.
