You are bidding on a 1961 BelAir Bubbletop Pro Touring Project. The motor is a carburated 93 LT1 with a custom ground Comp cam, stroked to a 383, and ported and polished heads. It sounds great with a big lumpy idle, about 450 horse. It was done by Croppers Racing Engines in Flemingsburg KY. About $4000 was spend on the engine alone. The trans is a 93 T-56 6 speed manual. The rear end is a stock 61 that has been narrowed 6 inches total with mossier axles and 4 wheel disc brakes. The frame has been C-notched, bagged front and rear, all unwanted holes filled and smoothed, rear trailing arms boxed, big front and rear sway bars added, 70 Z28 fast ratio steering box, all painted with POR15 black. The car body has 18' wide tubs installed, firewall smoothed, all trim and handles shaved, long exaust tip cut out in the rear of the rocker panels, and painted with Kustom Shop Flatz metallic paint. The quarter panels did not turn out as slick as I wanted so I sanded on them and was getting ready to do a little work to them. The car needs the interior finished up, lights wired up, and the rear of the car painted. Ive had this car for years and have worked on it on and off with ALOT of time spent on it. Im just not motovated on it anymore and want to move it. The car will start, run, drive, and stop. The air bags are plumed to the trunk that are just temporary manual fill. The tank, compressor, and switches are included but not installed. All of the original interior is included, but rough and its just for patterns and small pieces that are needed. The seats are out a toyota avalon. Back seat from the avalon is included also. All gauges work except speedo. The car is being sold with the 15" rally wheels.
