Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is a 1968 Dodge Charger restoration project that was saved from being crushed. I started working on it and have replaced a few items on the car. So far what I have done is installed 2 rust free Texas fenders, rust free passenger door, also comes with a rust free drivers door and it needs installed. I bought and installed a new AMD torsion bar cross member. The car also comes with new rear frame rails and spring perches. I installed a good set of Magnum rims on the car also. There is no grill included with the car. It was gone when I bought it. If you don't see it in the pictures, assume that it is not there. I spent a good bit getting the car to this point, but it still needs a lot more work. Just about everything can be bought new for the 68' Charger and they are worth a lot of jack when they are done! It is a good investment as far as cars go. Also this car came with the rare Power disc brakes originally and was also an air conditioned car. If the buyer hits the buy it now feature, I will include a previously running steel crank 383 engine. There is no intake with the engine. It was pulled from a 1971 4 speed Roadrunner and ran good with no noises. I would recommend a gasket kit on it and maybe valve seals. This is not a cream puff and it is 45 years old, so be realistic, you are going to have a lot of metal repair left to do on this car but it will be worth it. There is a non-refundable $500 deposit, this is not an auction to come see the car and change your mind because you have cold feet. Auctions cost money, don't waist my time. The car is sold with no warranty expressed or implied. Sold as is. Here is a rundown of how I valued what the car is worth in parts: 1.) Rust free fenders - $400 2.) Rust free doors - $400 3.) Power disc brakes - $250 4.) Clear title - $250 5.) A/C dash - $250 6.) Magnum rims - $300 7.) Rear bumper core - $75 8.) Front bumper core - $50 9.) Sway bar - $75 10.) Torsion bar frame - $270 11.) Rear frame rails - $375 12.) Rear spring perches- $260 13.) K-member - $125 14.) Steering column/wheel- $150 15.) Scrap value of car - $250On Oct-26-13 at 20:41:43 PDT, seller added the following information: Note: I am having trouble uploading the rest of the pictures, I will be adding them in the next day or so, so please check back to see if they are up. Thanks for being patient and good luck bidding!
