True barn finds like this don't come along often, especially on rare high-demand cars like this. This 34 year old car has a few cosmetic flaws, but is an extremely nice un-tampered with sharp looking survivor. The fact it has the original paint is very nice because you know there is nothing covered up! Car was very lightly driven in summers. Truly amazing original ALL original condition- the seams in the seats are like new, driver seat like new, pedals, dash, etc- this is the real deal low mile survivor. Starts right up -well kept. Totally solid under-body and nice looking engine area. Bid with confidence- PERFECT FEEDBACK on high-end items sold. The amazing thing about this car is while I have owned other low mileage original Y84 TAs (5 so far) this one was even better kept- evidence the original Deluxe interior doesn't have the split in the seams on the driver side, no headliner sag, no hairline cracks on the dash, the handles on the door don't pull. the wear around the key area, steering wheel wear- NON of that! On Oct-25-13 at 09:35:08 PDT, seller added the following information: It does have a CB radio 8-Track, The AM and FM come in great (haven't tried the CB)- does NOT have any aftermarket speakers wrecking the doors or rear panel- again this is an all original low mile survivor.Owning these what separates this from the rest- (besides they only made 360 opposed to nearly 10k with the 403- believe me the power on this V8 4 barrel is ample) is all the detail that is so nice- first of all there is no hesitation in starting the car-don't have to pump the gas, the interior is basically flawless (ya - it's 100% original), it sits just right- with all original parts, drives smooth without the common rattle, the under-body is amazing condition, etc- I just located the last 301 Y84 sold for $35k on auction and that had more miles and not nearly as nice original. They did a rehab job on that one (no leaks in the T-tops or common issues there the speakers in the doors -so tacky=barf)- this does need some minor cosmetic work to be perfect, but not much.
